At Strikers Cricket, we want you to play with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear and equipment. If your new cricket bat or protective gear doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to help with a hassle-free exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product remains in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of the equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
